Q: I have made a qualifying purchase in The Shilla Duty Free
store. When must I register for tickets by?
A: Only transactions made from 15 September 2017
will be deemed as qualifying purchases. All registrations must be submitted
by 23:59 hours on 15 October 2017 (GMT+8.00).
All registered entries will be verified and tickets
will only be issued upon
successful verification. Late entries, incomplete or invalid information, and
duplicate entries will be disqualified.
Q: I have registered for the concert tickets and received an
acknowledgement email. When will I receive ticket confirmation?
A: Please allow 4 weeks for verification. You will receive a
confirmation e-mail by 10 November once your registration is verified and deemed valid.
Q: How long will this promotion last?
A: This promotion is while stocks last, and tickets are limited
to the first 2,000 valid registrations on a first-come-first-served basis.
Q: How will I be able to collect my tickets once they are
A: For registrants residing in Singapore, tickets will be sent
via registered mail to the address provided on the online form. Requests for other delivery methods
or pick up will not be entertained.
For registrants residing overseas, tickets will be
available for collection at
the event venue on 24 November 2017. Unclaimed tickets will be forfeited. Photo
bearing the registrant’s name has to be presented at the point of collection.
Q: Where can I purchase Shilla products from?
A: You may purchase from The Shilla Duty Free Cosmetics &
Perfumes stores located in the Transit Departure, Arrival Hall (Baggage Claim),
or Departure Check-in stores in Singapore Changi Airport.
If you are not flying and cannot enter Transit, you may
make your purchase at Shilla Duty Free check-in stores in the public area at
(1) Terminal 1 Departure Hall, SU:M37 and Whoo check-in store (Near Row 11-12)
(2) Terminal 2 Departure Hall, Cosmetics & Perfume check-in store (Near Row 6-7)

Q: Can I shop online on iShopChangi.com even if I am not flying off?
A: Only passengers with a flight ticket departing
or arriving at Changi Airport are able to make a purchase on iShopChangi.com.
Q: I made a qualifying purchase on iShopChangi.com. How do I
register for tickets?
A: For qualifying purchases made on iShopChangi.com,
you will receive your pair of concert tickets when you collect your purchase
at the iShopChangi collection centres or at The Shilla Duty Free arrival
stores where you input your flight details and preferred collection location.
NO registration is required on this website for transactions
made on iShopChangi.
Q: I purchased on iShopChangi.com. How do I locate
the receipt number to fill in on the Ticket Registration Form?
A: NO registration is required on this website if
the transaction is made on iShopChangi. You will receive your pair of concert
tickets when you collect your purchase at the iShopChangi collection centers
or at The Shilla Duty Free arrival stores where you input your flight details
and preferred collection location.
Q: How long will the promotion last on
A: All purchase orders must be purchased and
collected between 15 September 2017 (00:01 hours, Singapore time) to 6 October
2017 (23:59 hours, Singapore time.
Q: How many pairs of tickets am I entitled to receive?
A: Each qualifying receipt will be entitled to receive 1 pair
of Tier 1 or Tier 2 tickets, depending on the amount spent.
Q: Can I purchase tickets outright?
A: No, tickets can only be obtained through The Shilla Duty
Free or the iShopChangi.com promotion as stated above.
Q: How many pairs of tickets are available for each
tier for the Shilla instore promotion and iShopChangi promotion?
A: For Shilla Instore promotion
Tier 1 Standing: 800 pairs
Tier 1 Seated: 200 pairs
Tier 2 Seated: 1,000 pairs
For iShopChangi Promotion
Tier 1 Standing & Seated: 100 pairs
Tier 2 Seated: 100 pairs
Q: Can we choose if we want seated or standing tickets for Tier 1?
A: If you make your purchase through the Shilla
instore promotion, you will have the option to select “Seated” or “Standing”
for Tier 1 tickets.
If you make your purchase through the iShopChangi
promotion, you will not be able to select any preference. However do note that
the bulk of the Tier 1 tickets allocated for iShopChangi will be Standing
Q: What’s the difference between Tier 1 Standing Pen A and B?
A: Tier 1 Standing Pen A and B has been merged into one Pen.
Q: Are there queue numbers for Tier 1 Standing tickets?
A: There will be queue numbers printed on Tier 1
Standing tickets. This is to facilitate the entry process for ticket-holders
on the actual day.
Q: Why is my queue number for Tier 1 Standing tickets
higher than other people who had purchased after I did?
A: There will be 2 separate queues for Tier 1
Standing Pen concert tickets entrance into the venue: 1 queue for in-store
purchases and 1 queue for iShopChangi purchases. Doors will open for both
queues at the same time. Hence, larger queue numbers on tickets does not
mean a later entrance timing into the venue. The sequence of queue number
on concert tickets is relevant only for the respective channel of purchase.

Q: Am I allowed to sell my tickets?
A: The resale or exchange of Shilla Beauty Concert
ticket(s) at any price is prohibited. Concert ticket(s) found to be obtained from
resale or exchange will be prohibited from entering the concert. Shilla Duty Free
reserves all right to reject and prohibit entrance of any such ticket holders
without giving any prior notice.
